Applying the Suresoft Workflow to HPC
Testing research software in Continuous Integration systems can often be a challenge due to the required computational resources. Therefore, to run meaningful tests, an HPC system is often needed. However, users of such systems usually lack the permissions to run the Continuous Integration service directly on the HPC cluster. This problem also often applies to the dependencies of the system under test itself. Within Suresoft we have created an example workflow to address these problems.
